Photographer: My love :iconeckyducky:

Model: Your host

Taken back in February when I had time to be fit and thin and when I still did nudes. I've stopped doing them these days. It seemed less stressful. Hell, if someone came along and offered me $500 for a non-sexualised nude, I would leap at the chance but until that happens... I look better in clothes anyway.

It is interesting now to see how people back away the instant you say you don't do nudes. I recently modeled for free for a group of people purely out of interest. Only about 4 of the 30 or so photographers got in contact with me to send me the shots. One of these showed me some samples and said he would arrange to have them sent to me adding that he would love to work with me again and asking if I did nudes. I replied saying that I no longer did them but that I could give him the contact details of some fabulous models who did. In regards to a portrait shoot I apologised but said that I would have to charge. Once again, I offered to give him details of very good models who won't charge him if this didn't suit. He works full time, has expensive equipment and is an amateur photographer so I didn't feel bad about this. I never heard back from him. Not even to send me the images which I donated my time to make. Le sigh.

This was shot in a spot light in an empty theatre. The spot had L117 gel in it (I think, from memory). The reflection was not enhanced in the slightest.

this picture has a very serene... and peacefully emotion to it.

I very much like the contrast of your fair skin to the black back- & foreground.

very nice ARTISTIC nude... :faint:

Thank you! We both got very excited when this shot came up. I think neither of us really expected it as we were just playing around before rehearsal one day.

I really like this image. It's looks very calm and relaxed, and the positioning of your hands and feet is lovely and delicate, particularly your left foot.

I like how you can make your nudes very sensual but not sexual, and I must commend you on what must be a difficult task of keeping all your skin so pale, especially as you say this is toward the end of summer.

Sorry to hear about the lack of professionalism of some of the photographers you work with; but it's at least a testament to your own professionalism that you stick by your decisions and don't go beyond that with which you feel comfortable.

Anyway, keep up the excellent work!

Thanks, pet. It is the unpleasant side of the photography world but ah well. I'm big on sensual but not sexual so I'm delighted that you picked up on that.

This photo was taken months ago but it was actually about the end of summer for us in Australia. I'm completely addicted to sunscreen. :D

It's a lovely shot. You and Ekky do good work. If I was in a grumpy mood, I'd say, "Bollox on you. Some of us have been your friends for ages, knowing full well we'd probably never shoot together." And you know damn well you scrub up okay. (hehehehehehe).
