Look at these textures on the left, they are wonderful. I also like the lighting quite a lot.
The shot on the right creates an atmosphere similar to those of american postcards of the begining of the previous century, the glow and blur on her face, her twinkling eyes, oozing emotion... has a romantic feel to it. The pose is great and this belly showing makes it quite... sexy.
